Notes on using crane outrigger pads

Crane outrigger pads require that the four corners must be pads, and the support and four feet must make the whole vehicle level.

Find a flat ground and keep the outriggers stable at the bottom of the crane outrigger pads before hoisting. Vehicle crane outrigger pads require that the car slings and dunnage will not damage the road roof, and will not be unstable and overturned. Pay attention to the following points in your daily life:

Hoisting can only be carried out after all outriggers are fully supported on a flat, firm floor. If the ground does not meet the relevant requirements, it should be fully prepared in advance to confirm that it is safe and qualified before it can be used. In case of special (soft or inclined) ground, crane outrigger pads or steel plates that are suitable for the ground must be used under the support plate, and ensure that it is firm and cannot fall off during lifting operations.

When the ground working environment of construction machinery is not sure whether it is good or not, the use of polyethylene crane outrigger pads can increase the friction between the pad and the contact point of the car, greatly improve the safety factor, and effectively avoid the occurrence of bad accidents.
